Faculty
Teachers can only create a supportive environment
and creative if given the tools and time to develop
materials and meaningful activities, as well as one learns
how to teach online. Administrators and technical
specialists must provide this support, which requires an
institutional commitment to high level not only to the
infrastructure of online programs, but training and
development of faculty. Many teachers are concerned they may
not have this support, because the development,
facilitation, and maintenance courses are long activities
that involve a team of technical specialists and
educational. Ensure that teachers develop course materials
and are "actively engaged" in creating programs is
imperative for online programs successful and beneficial.
In addition to these higher benefits, cost factors may also
be beneficial. Costs, education of students may be lower if
they already have access to data required for their courses
online. Activity fees, on campus or nearby residence,
parking, and other costs associated with attending classes
on a physical campus may not apply to online students. The
fee structure can be an advantage to some students online.
Economics is an important element in the success of online
programs and the reason why many institutions decide to jump
into the first online education. However, if online courses
do not attract students or do not have enough money, the
university or college is likely to drop. The costs
associated with maintaining the technology and to maintain
the level of innovation may be higher than the institution
is willing to invest. However, at least theoretically,
online classes may attract students around the world,
opening programmes'de setting s to a wider market. As well,
depending on the amount of interaction required for
effective learning situation, some classes may be highly
automated accommodate many more students in a session that
could probably fit into a classroom on site guided by a
teacher. Making real-time tax programs viable without
sacrificing quality is a challenge, but online courses can
provide credit to restructuring the institution.
There are many "ifs and" involved in creating a successful
online course, much less a whole curriculum. However, if the
entire facility is devoted to online education, high quality
students, faculty and the institution as a whole can reap
benefits.

and management for learning throughout life are now the
